Unstuffed Pork Chops:
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup melted margarine
10 cups soft bread crumbs
2 T. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp.pepper
1/2 cup hot water
6 pork chops, 1/2" thick
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper to taste
Saute onion and celery in margarine, 5 minutes. Combine with bread, parsley, salt and pepper, sage and water. Spread in greased 9x13" pan. Season chops with salt and pepper. Place chops on top of stuffing. Spoon soup over chops. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until tender. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
I go alot by looks of a recipe, so add more soup if you want. Sometimes I add more.
