    We Had This At Pot Luck Lunch Today. It Was Really Good. It Was Doubled And Cooked In A 6 Qt Crock Pot. The Milk/cheese Mixture Had That "curdled Milk" Look. It Wasn't Pretty, But Made Up For It In Taste.

    Extra-cheesy Macaroni And Cheese

    1 (8oz) Pkg Shredded Italian Three-cheese Blend
    1 (8oz) Pkg Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    2 Large Eggs, Lightly Beaten
    1 (12oz) Can Evaporated Milk
    1-1/2 Cups Milk
    1 Tsp Salt
    3/4 Tsp Dry Mustard
    1/4 Tsp Ground Red Pepper
    1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
    8 Oz Small Shell Pasta (about 2-1/4 Cups), Uncooked

    Combine Cheeses In A Bowl; Set Aside.
    Whisk Together Eggs And Next 6 Ingredients In A Large Bowl. Stir In Pasta And 3 Cups Cheese Mixture. Pour Mixture Into Lightly Greased 3-qt Slow Cooker; Sprinkle With 3/4 Cup Cheese Mixture.
    Cover And Cook On Low 4 Hrs. Sprinkle Servings Evenly With Remaining Cheese Mixture. Makes 6-8 Servings.

      Sounds great! wonder if baking would help texture not curdle ...dont think I would be brave enough to try it like that, LOL

        LOL, I was planning on baking when I tried. I am afraid of the crockpot with mac and cheese.
