1 lb. hamburger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
2 T. onion, chopped
1 beaten egg
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 can cream of celery soup
Mix together and shape into pieces like steak. Brown in skillet in small amount of margarine. When brown, mix a can of cram of celery soup with 1/2 cup water and pour over meat. Let simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
