I baste this over my boneless pork loin roasts,,,it is out of this world!

1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup Dijon mustard

Cut slits in roast and insert slivers of garlic,,,baste frequently with mixture
Pour a little water in bottom of pan, and watch so that it does not evaporate.
