B-Q Beef Sandwiches in Crockpot by <Roxy>

Bake a roast in the oven or in a crockpot. When it is done, pour off the broth and sliver the beef. Put beef in crockpot and add 1 bottle Open Pit barbeque sauce and 1 bottle of Catalina dressing and 1 large diced onion. Cook on low for several hours. Serve in buns.
