Chinese Hamburgers
3 lbs ground beef
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp flour
6 scallions, chopped
2 well beaten eggs(optional)
2 boxes Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Shells
sesame seed
Fry meat; drain. Add scallions, sugar, flour, and eggs(optional); mix well. Flatten out shells very thin. Cut into fourths. Take 1/4 shell; add meat mixture. Fold ends and dip in seed. Hamburgers can now be frozen until ready to use or placed in oven and baked 400 for 20 minutes or until brown.
