Shrimp Ocean Springs
3 lbs. headless shrimp
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
3 Tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. flour
1 carton (16 oz) of sour cream
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
6 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
Sweet Hungarian paprika
Boil shrimp in salted water about 5 minutes. Peel and place in a shallow casserole dish. Salt and pepper if desired. Cut mushrooms in half, saute in butter. Drain and toss with flour. Combine sour cream, softened butter and soy sauce. Stir in mushrooms. Spread over shrimp in casserole. Top with grated cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
