I LOVE this salmon recipe!I can eat this once a week if salmon was cheap enough.I usually serve it over steamed rice and have some kind of veggies for the side.
Baked Salmon
2 cloves garlic,minced
6 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp parsley(fresh),chopped
2 (6oz) salmon fillets
1) In a medium bowl,mix all ingredients but the salmon.
2)Place salmon in a glass baking dish and cover with marinade.
3)Marinate in fridge about 1 hour,turning occasionly
4)Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
5)Place fillets in foil,cover with marinade and seal.
6)Place sealed salmon in glass dish and bake for 35-40 minutes or until easily flaked with fork.
