    If you like Reubens, try this:

    Reuben Casserole

    8 oz. saurkraut (I use Vlassic or Bush's),drained
    8 oz. 1000 Island dressing
    8 oz. corned beef, thickly sliced and chopped into bite size pieces
    1 small bag shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 box Rye Melba toast crackers (found on the aisle with croutons.)

    Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl and pour into a casserole dish. Top with whole crackers. Bake at 35 about 20-30 min. Careful not to let the crackers burn.
