I like to make mini-Reubens as hot appetizers for parites. Take the little rye party bread (about 1" square) adn spread w/ a tsp. of 1000 Isle dressing, add a shaved slice of corned beef just kind of balled up and placed on top, top w/ a tsp. of drained kraut, then 1/4 of a slice (cut square slice into 4 suares) of swiss cheese. Run under the broiler about 3 minutes and serve when cheese is melted. Garnish serving platter w/ a sprinkling of caraway seeds.
