    Another tried & true from Campbells soup

    Paprika Chicken

    l Tbsp. Margarine
    4 skinless, boneless chicken brest halves
    l can (10 3/4oz) Cream of Mushroom soup
    2 tsp paprika
    l/8 tsp ground red pepper
    l/3 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
    Hot cooked noodles with parsley

    l. In skillet, in hot margarine, cook chicken 10 min. or until browned. Remove; set aside. Spoon off fat.
    2. In skillet, combine soup, paprika & pepper. Heat to boiling. Return chicken to skillet. Cover; cook over lo heat 5 min. or unti chicken is no longer pink, stirring often.
    3 Stir in sour crea. Heat through. Serve over noodles. Sprinkle with additional paprika & garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
