Grandma's Ham Loaf
Loaf:
1 lb. ground pork
2 lbs. groud ham
3 eggs
1 cup cracker crumbs (saltines)
1/2 cup milk
Glaze:
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 small can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup (20 oz.)
Form loaf-I do two medium sized ones
Roll in cracker crumbs
Bake in oven at 350 for 2 hrs. total
Meanwhile, heat glaze on stove. After first half hour of baking, pour half the glaze on. Then 1 hour from then add the rest of the glaze.
This recipe is passed down family favorite. Enjoy!
