    1 (8oz) can pineapple chunks
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    2/3 cup Heniz chili sauce
    1/3 caup raisins
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    4 boneless pork loin chops
    1 tablespoon vegtable oil
    hot cooked rice

    Drain pineapple, reserving juice. In meduim bowl,blend juice with cornstarch; stir in pineapple, chili sauce,raisins, sugar and cinnamon, set aside. In large skillet, brown chops in oil;drain excess fat.Pour pineapple mixture over pork. cover, simmer 10 minutes or until pork is cooked.

    Serve pork and sauce with rice
