2 1/2 -3 pd chicken cut into serving pieces
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 teaspoon tarragon leaves
1 cup water
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tablesppons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whipping or heavy cream
In large skillet,heat oil and brown chicken over medium high heat; drain. Add soup mix and tarragon blend with water and wine. Simmer covered 45 minutes or until chicken is done.Remove chicken to serving platter and keep warm.Into skillet, stir in flour blended with cream, bring just to the boiling point, then simmer, stirring constantley until sauce is thickened 5 min or so. Serve sauce over chicken
