Chicken Dish
Chicken Breasts and thighs. You put it in the baking tin and pour on the following cranberry sauce
I 16oz can of can of cranberry sauce
1 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of mild salsa
2 tbsp of cider vinegar
1/2 tsp of fresh chopped ginger
Combine all ingredients in a non stick pan
bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes. I mush the berries a little
Pour over the chicken. Then I heat it covered for 1 hour and uncovered for 1/2 an hour. You can make this in advance and then just reheat it. You can even reheat it in the microwave if you make it in a glass baking dish.
This was a great day for the question because my car is in the shop so I am cooking for Rosh Hashana.
