Here's a very easy recipe...
Salisbury Steak
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg oinion soup mix
1 can beefy mushroom soup
1 can of mushrooms or fresh mushrooms to suit taste.
Mix beef and onion soup mix. Form into 4 patties. Brown in pan until brown on both sides. Cover with beefy mushroom soup and mushrooms. Simmer 10 minutes or until patties are cooked through.
