This came from a recipe e-zine some time ago... liked it because it's so easy.

Easy Pepper Steak

1 pkg. brown gravy mix
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2-2 lbs. flank or sirloin steak, cut into thin slices
1 tbsp. oil
1 medium onion, sliced
2 bell peppers, cut into think strips

Combine gravy mix, water, and soy sauce. Set aside.
Heat oil in skillet. Saute meat 8-10 minutes or until brown. Stir in gravy mixture. Bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes. Add onion and bell peppers and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over rice.

*note, I have yet to cook this as long as it says, usually I get impatient and add the gravy mix, wait for it to boil and then add the veggies, and cook for 10 minutes.
