Grilled Salmon w/Orange Marmalade

1/2 cup orange marmalade
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbls rice vinegar
1 pound salmon fillet, cut in fourths

Combine marmalade, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and vinegar. Heat grill. Brush orange glaze on each side of salmon and grill about 5 minutes on each side or until salmon flakes with a fork.
