  • Thyme Crusted Salmon

    I tried this recipe in the grocery store and could hardly wait to make it at home. Even people who don't normal care for salmon seem to love it and request the recipe. It is easy and very tasty.

    Thyme Crusted Salmon
    from (HEB)

    2 Tblsp minced garlic
    2 Tblsp dried thyme
    3 Tblsp fresh lemon zest
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    2-3 Tblsp olive oil
    Salmon steaks/fillets

    Preheat oven to 450F. Combine first 6 ingredients and make a paste. Place fish skin side down on a non-stick baking sheet. Spread mixture over top of each fish. Bake uncovered 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes. Do not overbake.
