    Korean B-B-Q (BUL-GO-GI)

    3-4 lb.lean roast beef,partially freeze it.Then slice thin like lunch meat.Cut into bite sized pieces.
    1 medium yellow onion,chopped
    1 bunch of green onions,chopped
    garlic powder or fresh garlic,minced
    1 tsp.meat tenderizer
    1 tsp.ground black pepper
    1/2 c.soy sauce
    2 Tbls.sugar
    2 Tbls.or more sesame oil

    Mix all well & let marinate in fridge for 2-3 hours.Stir fry or grill til done.
