Beef Roast
**this recipe was made for a crockpot but I cook it on low on top of my stove**
1 medium size beef roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion
1 potato
1 bag of baby carrots (medium size)
Celery (optional)
4 Knorr beef boullion cubes
1/2 c. of water
Pepper to taste
Cut of vegetables and place at bottom of pot. Place roast on top (you do not have to brown if you don't want to). Pour soup and water to the sides of the roast. Place cubes randomly on top of roast. Pepper to taste. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
I tweeked this recipe for two people but depending on the size of pot you have, you can add more veggies. My husband doesn't like celery but that was included in the original recipe.
