Pan Fried Pork Steak
Serves 4-6

After eating this you will think you've died & gone to heaven!This is serious food!If I make it & someone drops in unexpectantly who has tried this after i've made it before,for them,i'm in trouble! Unless i've made enough for them to eat some with us lol..Everyone I know that has eaten this ALWAYS asks for the recipe!
4&3/4 lbs.pork steaks,deboned & trimmed of excess fat
1&1/2 Tbls.celery seeds
1 c.all purpose flour
salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
4 Tbls.peanut oil
1&1/2 c.Paprika Gravy(See posted recipe)
Debone & trim the pork steaks & pound out to 1/8"thickness.Rub both sides of the steak with the celery seeds.Place the flour in a large bowl & season with salt & pepper.Dredge the pork in the seasoned flour & pan fry in oil over medium heat til golden brown on both sides.Serve with Paprika Gravy.
