    Made pizza on the grill tonight despite the high winds and rain. This was sooooo yummy!!!

    Grilled Pizza

    Makes four 8-inch pizzas

    DOUGH

    1 cup warm water (105°F to 115°F)
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 envelope dry yeast
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    3 cups (or more) all purpose flour(I used bread flour)
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary (Did not use)

    Combine water and sugar in a food processor. Sprinkle yeast over; let stand until foamy, about 10 minutes. Add oil, then 3 cups flour and salt. Process until dough comes together, about 1 minute.

    Shape your dough & brush with olive oil 'I brushed mine with avacado oil'. I made 1 bigger one about 12 inch? sorry I didn't measure. and 2 smaller ones about 6 or so inches around. Grill till crisp about 3 min but make sure not to set in the middle or you will have burnt crust. Turn over and grill for one more minute.

    Grill your favorite toppings such as peppers, onions, sausage etc... When thats done:

    Add sauce to your crust, favorite cheese, your toppings and set on grill till cheese melts. about 4 to 5 minutes..
