Porcupine Meatballs

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1/3 soup can water
1/2 cup uncooked rice
minced onion to taste
1 egg
salt & pepper

Combine everything, roll into balls. Pour tomato soup over top of meatballs. Bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350.

*baking time may vary depending on how large or small you like to make your meatballs. I like to make these about 2" or so.
