    Spaghetti & Crab

    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 t. chopped garlic
    1 t. chopped parsley
    1 t. chopped celery
    1 cup tomaotes, diced
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1/4 cup sherry wine
    1 t. fresh ground black pepper
    2 t. salt
    1/2 t. paprika
    1 & 1/2 cups chicken broth (or water)
    1 pound fresh, lump crab meat (can use canned, but ugh!)
    1 pound spaghetti
    Saute the obnions, celery, garlic and parsley in the oil until golden brown.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken stock and seasonings.
    Simmer on low for about one hour.
    Add crab meat & wine and simmer a few minutes longer.
    Cook the spaghetti. Drain but do not rinse.
    Add to sauce & mix well, or place the spaghetti on a large platter and pour the sauce over it.
    Sprinkle with fresh grated cheese.
    This will serve about 6 .
