I got this one from my mom. She used to make it every now and then when I was younger.
Ingredients
2 cans of tomato soup
1 jar of pizza sauce
1 bag shredded mozzerella cheese
1 lb hamburger
1 or 2 medium zucchini (slices or chunks)
LAyer tomato soup in casserole dish, add zucchini. Brown the hamburger and place on top of zucchini. Add the pizza sauce on top of hamburger and bake covered for 30-45 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with the cheese. Cook in oven until the cheese is melted.
