  • FAST & FANCY CHICKEN by Buckwheat

    Hummmmmmmmmmmmm, I just took this out of the oven, and I tell you it is good! My fam will love the meal tonight! Serves about 6

    3 whole chicken breast, skinned, boned & split
    6 thick slices of Swiss cheese
    4 ounces of sliced mushrooms (optional)
    1 can of cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup white wine
    2 cups herb stuffing mix
    1 stick of butter, melted

    PREHEAT the oven to 350 degres
    Grease a 9X13 inch baking dish (I used my pyrex)

    Place the chicken in the dish in a single layer.
    Top each piece with a slice of cheese.
    Sprinkle the mushrooms over the cheese.
    Mix together the soup & the wine, and pout it over the chicken.
    Spread the dry stuffing mix over the top of all of it.
    Drizzle the melted butter over the stuffing.

    BAKE the dish, uncovered for anout 50-60 minutes
    Not only taste good, but your whole house will smell good!
