2# ground beef OR ground turkey
1 6 oz Package Stove Top Stuffing mix, any flavor (I always use chicken)
1 cup water
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup barbeque sauce, divided
Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup BBQ sauce.
Shape mixture into two oval loaves, side by side, in 13x9 baking dish. Top with remaining 1/4 cup BBQ sauce. Bake 375 degrees or until center is no longer pink. 6-8 servings.

My original recipe which is lost was for a smaller loaf, and called for only 1# hamburger; can't remember how much Stove Top stuffing mix, I think about 1-1/2 cups (I buy the canisters of mix) and called for catsup instead of BBQ sauce. Guess you can experiment to see what you like best.
