    I made these last night for dinner, and thought that since Lent is fast approaching (for some), that I'd shere this yummy and easy way to serve tuna. BTW...my husband doesn't like tuna, and LOVED these!

    TUNA CAKES

    2 cans (6 oz each) tuna
    3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 cup milk
    1 egg
    1 med onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp Old Bay
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    additional bread crumbs
    olive oil

    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and refrigerate for at least an hour (this makes it easier to handle).

    Remove from fridge, and form into 6 - 8 patties. Using the additional bread crumbs, coat the patties on both sides.

    Heat olive oil (I used about 3 Tablespoons) in a large non-stick skillet. Place patties in skillet, and cook on medium heat. Turn after about 4 - 5 minutes, and cook on the other side.
