I used to fix these a lot for my kids and they loved them--my daughter now fixes them for her kids. They call them "Tuna Bombs".
Sift: 3 tsp. baking powder
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
Stir in: 1/3 cup oil
2/3 cup milk
Mix well. Roll out into a rectangle (I put dough between two sheets of waxed paper). Cut into about 6 pieces. Divide filling among pieces and roll up, sealing all edges. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Warm a can of slightly diluted cream of chicken soup, and spoon over rollups.
FILLING
I Can tuna, drained
1 beaten egg
Finely chopped celery if desired
