Sauce:

1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Fish:
4 tuna steaks (6-8 oz each)
Oil (I used Pam) for greasing grill or fish basket.

1. Make sauce: Combine hoisin sauce, sugar, oil and garlic in a small saucepan. Simmer, stirring often over low heat for 2-3 mins. Remove saucepan from heat, and allow to cool.

2. Grill Tuna: Brush tuna steaks with sauce, and place in a prepared wire grill basket, or cook directly on prepared grill. Cook tuna 4-5 minutes on each side, brushing with additional sauce after turning.

**Note...there was extra sauce left, and my husband used it on a chicken breast for himself. He loved it!!
