  • Cornmeal Grilled Chicken by AustinAggie

I just made this up tonight! Mmmm....so tasty!

Thaw chicken tenderloins or breasts. Using about three 3oz. chicken breasts (or about 9oz. chicken tenderloin pieces), soak chicken- for about 15 minutes- in a mixture of about 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (I use reduced sodium....may want to use a bit less if using the real stuff), 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke (any flavor), and whatever seasonings you like (I use a blend of salt, pepper, msg, parsley, butter flavored sprinkles, and more pepper!).

After soaking/marinating, sprinkle chicken with plenty of cornmeal. Some may fall, drip, or just plain ol' come off somehow or another, but that is a small price to pay for this great flavor. After covering each piece well with cornmeal, cook on direct heat grill at medium heat until well-done, at about 180F.

    Mmmm!!
Working...
