    1 tube { 11 ounces } refrigerated crusty French loaf { uncooked }
    1 T mayonnaise
    2 T mustard
    3/4 to 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    3/4 to 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 pound deli salami and ham, each thinly sliced
    1/4 cup chopped red peppers
    1/4 cup sweet onions sliced very thin
    1 T butter, melted
    2 to 3 T shredded Parmesan cheese. Unroll the dough on a lightly floured surface. { To keep your fingers from sticking to the dough, dip them in flour }.
    Mix the mayonnaise and mustard in a small dish and spread on the dough 1/2 inch from edges. Sprinkle with the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses to within 1/2 in. of edges; top the cheese with the meats, peppers and onions.
    Roll up jellyroll style, starting with a short side; seal seams and tuck ends under. Place seam side down on ungreased baking sheet. Brush with butter; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Slice with a serrated knife 2 to 3 inch pieces.
    Serves 4

    On the lighter side use smoked turkey breast or some other low fat sliced deli meat.

    This is great to have when having guests informally. We do this on super bowl Sunday with wine and beer for the guys and lots of chips and dips.
