Bacon Pie (like a quiche)

12 slices of bacon, fried & crumbled
1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 cup green onion, chopped
2 cups milk
1 cup Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 t. Creole Seasoning
1/2 t. white pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease a 10 inch pie plate
Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion on bottom.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour into pie plate over bacon mixture
Sprinkle paprika ovr the mixture
Bake until firm, about 35-40 minutes, or until knife comes out clean. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving
