    8 chops, 2 tbsp. butter, 6 to 8 red potatoes(as many as you like), 3 to 4 cups baby carrots(as many as you like), 1 onion, 1 can cream of mushroom soup(I used the large can), 1/4 C. water
    In skillet over med. heat melt butter. Brown chops for 3 min. on each side. Add the potatoes, carrots and onion. Combine soup with water; pour over the top. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 min. or until the veggies are tender.
    In my electric dutch oven it took more like 30 min. for the potatoes to get tender. You will have to guide it yourself.
