    Cook’s Note: Use Tomato-Basil Feta and cut down on the onion and dill.

    For all you garlic lovers. This cheese ball is easy and delicious. Serve with garlic bagel chips.
    Prep Time: approx. 10 Minutes. Cook Time: approx. 2 Hours .
    Ready in: approx. 2 Hours 10 Minutes. Makes 2 cheese balls (32 servings).

    2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
    4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled (Note: Use Tomato-Basil Feta)
    4 tablespoons olive oil
    5 green onions, finely chopped (use less is better)
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    4 teaspoons dried dill weed (use less is better or omit all together)
    2 teaspoons dried oregano
    1 teaspoon cracked black pepper

    Directions
    1 In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, feta cheese, olive oil, green onions and garlic. Season with dill, oregano and pepper. Mix well, and form into 2 balls. Cover, and chill for 2 hours.

    Note:
    This makes two cheese balls. You can freeze one to be used for unexpected company.
