Chicken in a Parmesan Garlic Sauce
(Quick, Easy and Moist)
2 -- Boneless Chicken Breasts
¾ to 1 Cup -- Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup -- Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Teaspoon -- Italian Seasoning (Dash of Oregano, Basil fine)
3 to 4 Garlic Cloves -- Chopped or Crushed
Tin Foil
ROLL out tin foil large enough to make a packet wrap. Place breasts on open foil with a pan underneath to catch any spills.
MIX the mayonnaise, grated parmesan cheese, italian seasonings, salt, pepper and garlic in a small bowl.
SPOON generous amounts over chicken breasts and fold up foil.
BAKE 375 for 20 mins. or until cooked through.
Remove breasts and spoon over remaining saucy juices.
