  • PORK CHOPS in a CIDER MARINADE by Buckwheat

    4 chops 1 inch thick
    1/2 cup sweet apple cider
    4 t. fresh lemon juice
    4 t. soy sauce
    2 t. honey
1 clove of garlic, minced fine
1/8 t. fresh ground black pepper

In a large shallow baking dish (13x9) mix the cider, juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic & pepper. Arrange chopps in a single layer & turn to coat. Cover with film wrap & marinate in frig for at least 3 hours or even over night, turning the chops several times.

PREHEAT oven to 400. Drain off all but 1/2 cup of the marinade and reserve. Bake uncovered turning once and basting often with reserved marinade for 25 minutes.
    TENDER & DELICIOUS!
