SJP's Lemon Rosemary Pork Chops
I made these the other day and meant to post them, they were suprisingly good. The flavors really cooked in. I baked them in the oven, which was delicious, but they did not look that appetizing that way. I'd probably saute in a skillet for company and maybe add paprika for color.
juice of one lemon (you get lots of juice when you nuke a lemon whole for 20 seconds and then roll it on the counter before squeezing)
3 Tbsp honey
2 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
a little Spike seasoning
S & P
Add these ingredients together and let sit for an hour or two.
Cover chops and cook.
