Cut a beef tenderloin into large chunks, Marinate meat all day in:

    1/2 cup Salad Oil
    1/2 cup Wine Vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
    4 Tbsp. Minced Green Onions
    1 Clove Garlic, Minced
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Sugar

This amount of meat will serve about 4. Double for 8-10 people.

Remove meat from marinade and on skewers alternate Beef, cut up Green Pepper, Tomatoes ( cut into wedges or salad type ), large Mushrooms, Onion, Potatos ( Onions and Potatos should be par-boiled if using fresh or may use canned ), and Bacon. Bacon should be thick sliced and fat and pieces should be placed on both sides of meat to give it good flavor. You may use any all of the above suggested vegetables. Cook over grill turnign often. Time varies to how done you like it.
