One Dish to prepare, cook and serve from.
4-6 skinless boneless chicken breasts
in a glass baking dish
1 jar of apricot preserves...(can also use the low sugar preserves as well)
1 bottle of Russian salad dressing
1 package of dry onion soup mix
cover chicken with all of apricot preserves
pour bottle of russian dressing on top of all
sprinkle entire package of onion soup mix over top.
Bake 350 degrees until chicken is done.
Serve over rice to absorb sauce.
