    Makes 12 servings

    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 pounds round steak, cut into small cubes
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 can (10 3/4 ounces) tomato puree

1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Black Pepper

    3. When meat mixture is done simmering, stir in cilantro. Slowly stir 1 cup meat sauce into prepared gravy. Pour gravy mixture into meat mixture; stir until well blended.
