    Gary Solomon's Double Stuffed Garlic Chicken

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breas halves, butterflied
    8 oz. cream cheese cut into 1/2 inch slices
    8 oz. cheddar cheese cut into 1/2 inch slices
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Italian breadcrumbs
    1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
    1/4 c. and 2 Tbls. butter, melted
    1 Tbls. lemon juice
    Garlic salt
    Paprika

    Put a slice of cream cheese and a slice of cheddar in the center of each chicken breast and then close the breast, dip in milk and then roll in the breadrumbs and Romano cheese that have been mixed togther. Place on to a greased baking pan. Combine the garlic, butter and lemon juice and drizzle over the chicken. Sprinkle with the garlic salt and a little paprika. Bake at 350F. degrees fo 30 minutes.
