This was wonderful over rice!
2 lbs boneless chicken thighs
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 Tablespoon ketchup
2 Tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Place chicken thighs in crockpot. Whisk togeteher remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low 6 hrs or high 3 hrs
(I doubled the sauce)
