Pork Chop & Potato Bake:
Serves 3-6
6 lean pork chops
veg. oil
Lawry's seasoning salt
1 can(10 3/4oz.)cream of celery soup
1/2 c.milk
1 c.(4 oz.)shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c.sour cream
1/4 tsp.black pepper
1 pkg.(24oz.)frozen O'Brien or hashbrown potatoes,thawed
1 can(28oz)Durkee French Fried Onions
Sprinkle chops with seasoning salt,then brown in lightly greased skillet,set aside.
Combine soup,milk,sour cream,pepper & 1/2 tsp.seasoning salt.Stir in potatoes,1/2 c.cheese & 1/2 can French Fried Onions.
Spoon mixture into 9"x13" baking dish.Arrange chops over potatoes.
Bake covered @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes,top w/remaining cheese & onions.Uncover & bake 5 minutes longer.
