    Serves 12


    1 c.all purpose flour
    1 c.(4oz.)finely shredded cheddar cheese
    3/4 c.finely chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp.salt
    1/4 tsp.paprika
    1/3 c.veg.oil
    FILLING:
    4 eggs
    1 c.(8oz.)sour cream
    1 c.chicken broth
    4 c.diced cooked chicken
    1/2 c.finely shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 c.finely chopped onion
    1/4 c.mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp.dill seed
    1/8 tsp.hot pepper sauce

    In a bowl,combine the first six ingredients.Set aside 1/2 c.of crumb mixture for topping.Press remaining crumb mixture into the bottom of a greased 13"x9"x2" baking dish.(Crust will be crumbly.)Bake @ 350 degrees 10 minutes or til lightly browned.

    In a bowl,beat eggs.Add the remaining ingredients.Pour over baked crust.Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.Bake @ 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or til a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
