My GF made this for a a GFs dinner several year ago and I just now found it.

My GFs Mexican Lasgana
Corn Tortilla shells (large or small) in the refrigerator section
1 lb. ground beef
1 C salsa
1 package taco seasoning
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 16 oz. cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 C shredded monteray jack/cheddar cheese( I used lots more than that!)
Brown meat and drain. Add salsa, taco seasoning, tomato sauce and simmer.
In separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, and oregano.
In a 13x9 greased pan place a layer of tortilla shells. Spread 1/2 the mixture of meat over the shells. Next spread all the cottage cheese mixture. Place a layer of tortilla shells. Spread the remaining meat mixture. Top with the shredded cheese. Bake 30-35 minutes at 375°.
OPT: add a layer of refried beans over the first layer of corn tortilla and top some green onions before serving
