This recipe is off the Sea Bass package (Costco frozen section). Not only is it simple it's delish too, I thought I would share.
Enjoy! Colleen

Fish topping:
1 T olive oil
1/2 C Parmesan cheese, grated
In a nonstick frying pan, sauté garlic in 1/2 t olive oil
Add wine, lemon juice, and capers.
Boil uncovered, over high heat until reduced by half.
Rub fish with olive oil, both sides. Place 3” under broiler and broil for about 3 minutes. Turn fish over and top with grated parmesan cheese. Broil until opaque at the thickest part and flakes apart with fork when gently touched.
