  • Hot Veggie Sandwich by Amber

    Ingredients:

    Garlic
    Green Peppers
    Spanish Onion
    Mushrooms
    Broccoli
    Fresh Spinach
    Provolone Cheese
    Marinara Sauce
    Hoagie Rolls

    Start by putting a little olive oil in a frying pan. Chop up your broccoli, onion, garlic and pepper. Place all vegetables in frying pan. When cooked to your taste (i prefer my softer where as my mom prefers them a lil more crunchy), pour marinara into pan with vegetables. Turn off heat. Stir in sauce. Line your hoagie roll with cheese and put vegetables in.

    *i have also found putting butter and garlic powder on rolls and heating them up in the oven for a few minutes to make my veggie sandwich on garlic bread is also a good treat!*
