Here is one from WW boards. The only change I would make is I would add some liquid smoke to give it a smoky flavor.
Diet Coke Sloppy Joes
POINTSŪ values per serving | 3 (Add points for bun)
Servings | 6
Sandwiches |
Ingredients
1 pound raw extra lean ground beef
1 medium onion(s)
1 1/2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup Coca-Cola Diet Coke
2/3 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp dry mustard
Instructions
Brown beef and onion in a large skillet. Drain well. Stir in remaining ingredients as listed. Mix well. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes

The Diet Coke Sloppy Joes are SOOOO good!!! I think the boards said that 1/2c is 3 pts and then those Village Hearth buns are 1 pt so it is a 4 pt dinner & super filling. Can't go wrong!
